Information you share with us. When you contact us through our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the information you choose to submit. This may include your name, email address, phone number, riding experience, lesson or training interests, and show goals.

How we use inquiries. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss lesson or training availability, answer questions, and follow up about the services you requested. We may contact you using the email address or phone number you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in lessons or commit you to a purchase.

Sharing and service providers. We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to receive, store, and respond to inquiries. Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Inquiries about children. A parent or guardian should submit inquiries about lessons for a child using the adult’s own contact information. Please do not include a child’s private contact details or sensitive medical information in an inquiry form.

Questions and requests. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up, email staff@nceequestrian.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
